Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. ayu777 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts, cancellation of all pending wagers, and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

You agree to provide such documents within seven (7) days of request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to immediately notify ayu777 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. ayu777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, and complete. ayu777 accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers (including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata, and other major Indonesian banks) and Indonesian e-wallet services (including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000 (ten thousand Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your VIP tier status and account verification level. You may view your specific limits in your Account dashboard. ayu777 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its sole discretion.
Deposits via Indonesian bank transfers and e-wallets are typically processed within sixty (60) seconds during banking hours. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's clearing schedule, especially during weekends, public holidays, and outside standard banking hours (09:00-17:00 WIB Monday-Friday). ayu777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. You represent and warrant that all deposited funds are obtained legally and do not constitute proceeds from illegal activities. ayu777 reserves the right to investigate the source of any deposit and may request additional documentation to verify fund legitimacy.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you deposit funds in a foreign currency, such funds will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. Currency conversion fees may apply and will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.
You may request withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification, fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or payment method registered in your legal name matching your verified Account information.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be rejected. ayu777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents or information before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or documentation regarding the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days may result in withdrawal cancellation and account suspension.
ayu777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees or charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees. We cover standard Indonesian interbank transfer fees on your behalf as a customer courtesy.
In accordance with Indonesian anti-money laundering regulations, withdrawals must generally be processed through the same payment method used for deposits. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least one (1) time before withdrawal to prevent the Platform from being used for money laundering purposes. ayu777 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules and terms applicable to each game type, sport, or betting market. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each bet before placing your wager. Game-specific rules can be accessed within each game or betting category on the Platform. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed except as explicitly provided in specific game rules.
ayu777 reserves the right to accept, reject, or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Bets placed are not considered accepted until confirmed by our system. If a bet is rejected, the wagered amount will be immediately returned to your Account balance. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error, technical malfunction, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
ayu777 imposes minimum and maximum betting limits that vary by game type, sport, and market. Your personal betting limits may also be affected by your Account status, verification level, and betting history. We reserve the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice. Bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time unless otherwise specified in the market rules. Extra time, penalty shootouts, and other post-regulation outcomes are excluded unless the market explicitly includes them.
Live or in-play betting involves placing wagers on events that are currently in progress. Odds and markets are updated in real-time based on match developments. Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, there may be brief delays between placing a bet and its acceptance. During this time, odds may change. If odds change significantly before your bet is processed, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ayu777, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as game providers or payment processors). ayu777 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or performance of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance (subject to completion of wagering requirements for any active Bonuses). We will process your final withdrawal in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened.
ayu777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused Bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to the Platform or other Users. Upon termination, any pending bets may be voided, Bonuses forfeited, and remaining balance subject to review.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to use the Services immediately ceases. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Services, you agree to first contact ayu777 customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies in accordance with the governing law.
For disputes where the amount in controversy exceeds Rp 100,000,000 (one hundred million Rupiah), either party may elect to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, conducted in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia). The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ayu777, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of this Agreement or any applicable law or regulation; (b) your violation of any rights of a third party; (c) your use or misuse of the Services; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ayu777 regarding your use of the Services and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of ayu777 to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of ayu777.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. ayu777 may assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or in connection with any merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets, without your consent.
ayu777 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider failures.
This Agreement is executed in English. If this Agreement is translated into any other language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute regarding interpretation.
